Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans

What if you could accomplish this physical activity for yourself and also benefit someone else in the process? By volunteering at Eagles' Wings, you can get your steps in - almost two miles when you side walk or lead a horse for one hour. And/or get your muscle strengthening activity in by becoming a Barn Buddy - two hours of shoveling, sifting, and wheel barrowing.
So while our volunteers are getting in their personal physical activity, they are also helping our riders make remarkable improvements in their balance, core strength, speech, and cognitive development. A two for one deal. 
To become a volunteer at Eagles' Wings, you must complete our Volunteer Application Form and Volunteer Emergency Contact Form. Please click on APPLY. Be sure and read all the agreements and releases before you sign the forms.
